Did you find the address is incorrect? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package is shipped, we cannot change its destination. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Once your “treasure” has set sail, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number immediately. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the real-time status in “My Orders”.
Your privacy and security are our top priority. We will never store your complete credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party gateways such as Stripe/PayPal.
Taxes and fees will be calculated based on the legal requirements of the shipping address at the time of your order. The final cost will be clearly displayed at checkout; there are no hidden fees.

Normally, we will try our best to pack everything for you in one go. However, to ensure the safe transport of fragile items (such as porcelain or antiques), or because some items come from different overseas warehouses, your order may arrive in batches.

We hope you love everything you find on Good Stuff. If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused packaging. (Note: Personalized items and consumables are excluded).
We apologize, our “little explorer” made a mistake in the rush and delivered the wrong package. Please contact us and we will correct the error as soon as possible and cover all related shipping costs.
We are deeply saddened to hear this news! Unexpected accidents can sometimes occur during long journeys. Please take photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your package and send them to us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization code before returning the item. Please send your package to: Windsor Ave, London SW19 2RR, UK. We recommend choosing a courier service with a tracking number to ensure your package arrives home safely.
